your startup disk is almost full

deleting old albums from my computer is like saying goodbye to memories that i won't see for awhile. i don't listen to them anymore, but they're standing as reminders of places, times and people in my life. the next trigger that yanks some past moment out from under all the crap lying around in my day to day thoughts will originate from somewhere other than my itunes. this is both comforting and alarming.
